I siigned up for credit report on 06/15/08, cancelled on 06/16/08 and was sent confirmation, but they charged my card $29.95 anyway. Why? When I called I heard the message that my account had been cancelled on 06/16/08. So why was I charged and how do I get my money back ? I was also charged three charges of $1.00 each, one was credited back but not the other two. Now what do I do? I think this site is a rip-off and I never saw my credit report on top of everything else.

SAME THING JUST HAPPENED TO ME I WAS CHARGED 3 TIMES FOR $29.95 AND 5 TIMES FOR $1. I JUST CANCELLED MY CARD TO DAY SO I DO NOT KNOW WHAT IS GONNA HAPPEN NEXT MONTH. I WAS CHARGED ALL OF THIS ON SEPTEMBER 23, 2008. I ALSO CANCELLED WITH THESE THIEVES. I AM ALSO GONNA CONTACT THE BBB AND THE ATTORNEY GENERAL ABOUT THEM.AND THIS IS TO ABSNOT, IT MUST HAVE NOT HAPPENED TO YOU YET, SO YOU CAN'T SPEAK FOR THE REST OF US . IF YOU READ THIS ANYTIME SOON. SIGN UP WITH THEM AND SEE WHAT HAPPENS, THEN WE WILL SEE WHO IS CRYING.
