so I filled it out finding out I needed to give them my creditcard for a $1 fee, and then sign up for there services.
I did have a trial of so many days if desired, but decided right away the same day to cancel.".
So when you call to cancel it of course is automated/. I pushed correct buttons and it confirmed on the phone I had canceled?. but you do not speak to anyone live, so you aren't sure?.
Therefore, I knew when I looked at my creditcard'. I was charged $19!.95 3 days later:. I called immediately,. but skipped the automated part to cancel, because I knew it would cost me $19.95. So I waited patiently for 15 minutes on hold.
She then informed me she would stop my subscribtion, but, of course didn't have permission to refund my money. So again transfered. She said she didn't get my previous cancellation(of course).
They did refund my money, but my problem with this is the unaware consumer or the ones who don't follow thru. THEY take advantage of them!!

I was refunded one month only. Am going to write to the Attorney General's Office and inform them of this problem that so many people are having. Everyone should do the same thing. |
