I have been charged for this service for 8 months, never ordered this service or even know who they are. I was told they would give me 2 months credit, this is NOT acceptable!!!

I have an attorney on hand ready to move on this. This company is hacking into our accounts in some way. My next move is to contact the Attorney General in my State!!

These people should be pulled off the net for fraud, and that's what I'm going after them for. The only reason I missed it for 8 months was because my husband was out of the State. Now the war is on!! 128a483

I just found out this week end that MVQ *PRIVACYM 888-239-0316 CT charged my credit card account for the past 11 monts $19.95. 

I've never sign / ordered to confirm any offer from those people. This is a total scam; following my contact with them I found out how bad they are, I was told that it was an online confirmation that was provided by US Search. The problem is that I never ordered or received anything from Privacy matters 123, but was charge monthly. I hope that someone can stop them!

I attempted to sign up for service with privacy matters. I received an error msg after entering in my credit card information. I never received confirmation that service was started. I have been charged for an extended period of time as a result. I called this company for help. They didn't care that I never had knowledge of their services. They hid behind policies. They were very unprofessional. They gave me a credit for one month. I was told by more than supervisor that thry did not report to anyone. They were the end of the line. Finally I was given a name of a manager and transferred to voicemail.

We were also scammed by this company. It happened to us a couple of years ago. Can't believe they are still getting away with it.

Someone phished husband's debit card number and started membership w/ aarp. Then Privacy Matters deducted $29.95. Leads me to the conclusion that the 2 companies are in cahoots. Debit card cancelled and will be filing police report tomorrow.

Same situation. Billed through "association relationship" with ClassMates.Com for 12 months. Have already reported them to the AG of CT and NE
