i dont see well & yesterday i found my bank account to be overdrawn,so i went through all my past bank statements with help only to find out that this company named privacymatters whom i've never heard of has been taking different amounts of money out of my account every month for the past 5 years,i was shocked! i live on a small social security check and find it hard to believe people can rip off other people in this manner.i always thought my money was safe in the bank & i know its not my banks fault,but i do know i never authorized any of these payments & when i called privacymatters they wouldnt even tell me what type of business they were in & the young lady basicly laughed in my face. 128a4c7

Written by Debbie on August 4, 2011 from newark, new jersey, US I work at a bank and first thing you need to do is notify the bank that those were unauthorized charges, a claim will have to be made and the bank will look into it and it was take time but you will get some if not all your money back. |
