Privacy Matters charged my credit card but i never received my report and has since been charging me

I also got scammed by Privacy Matters web site. I gave them my info & credit card number, but never received a report and they have since been charging my card a "membership fee!"

I have since tried to contact them regarding this matter and have gotten a run-a-around automated message on the phone. There is not an actual person with this company that is available to talk to.

I also tried going the email route as they suggested on the phone in which to get the reply that there is no such email address.

As a hard working and honest citizen, it behooves me to think there are people out there that take advantage of the pillars of this world.

these so called people are scum!
