For the past 2 months, I have monthly charges from a company called "Privacy Matters" show up on my credit card even though I did not authorize this service. (It is not even clear to me what service this company is supposed to be providing for approx $30 per month.) I have canceled my credit card and have filed complaints with Sears Credit Cards and also Better Business Bureau. Sears said that I have to pay the charges until this issue is resolved in order to prevent finance charges. This is a total rip-off! I have read numerous complaints on different web sites, all basically the same: People getting charged for a service which they did not authorize. 128a729
