Husband's debit card number was stolen, and after reading these complaints I'm thinking it was Privacy Matters".

We contacted our bank and had the card cancelled/. Tomorrow we're filing a police report?. The sum of $29?.95 was unauthorized from our account for a credit report, along with a few other small sums from this company".

Today we rec'd 2 separate letters from them with 2 'new memberships'!. We called them and had them cancelled".

Also, an AARP membership was debited which was unauthorized,.

Why aren't these people shut down? Privacy Matters?? Ha!! They're the ones that are phishing numbers!! 128a768

I got all my money back - a little over $280 with the help of Prepaid Legal. It's a month to month membership. One demand letter from your law firm will get results. www.prepaidlegal.com/hub/mjlarioza or call me direct at 512-983-2305. I'm in Austin, TX.
