Privacymatters complaint

I wanted to check my credit for free with Privacy Matters as they advertise on line with a refundable charge of $1.00 if you cancel the Privacy Matters membership within 7 days which I did. I got my refund of $1.00 few days later that said:

Dear Mr. Fuentes,

This email confirms that your membership in Privacy Matters 123 has been cancelled on 07/14/2008. Your cancellation confirmation number is 332775711-20080714.

You do not need to do anything else to cancel your membership.

We thank you for your interest in Privacy Matters 123, and we hope your membership experience was a positive one.

But then I found charges from sister company PMIdentity.com and Yoursavingsclu for $1.00 each and later other charges of $29.95 for who knows what ??? these people are a big scammers and they should be prosecuted. I will call my bank and complain for these unauthorized charges.
