On August 29th I cancelled my credit report within the hour that I signed
up for it. They hit my credit card for $19.99 a week after I had cancelled!
It was unauthorized.
I called them today and they told me I didn't call the
right number to cancel, which I did, it was the number on the screen. They
said I had "TWO" accounts. I didn't know about it. Beware of these scammers!! Privacy Matters Identity should be put out of business.
We talked to a manager named Kanika, she said there's nothing they can do. They won't refund the money back. We will be calling the Attorney Generals office and also report them to the Better Business Office.
They give you an 800 number to call and cancel...800-316-8824 to cancel
your free credit score. They changed my original account number to another
