They have continued to charge my bank account after I have called them and canceled several different times.I would not suggest anyone giving them any information as now I am considering canceling my cards and getting new ones just so I dont have to deal with these people.

I do not suggest anyone sign up with them. As of today December 16th 2009 my account has been charged again after canceling last month and the month before that. so I call to cancel again and I cannot get anyone all computer automated junk.

I finially send them a email and we will wait and see if I get anytype of response.I may have to go to my bank and dispute the charges.

Monetary Loss: $50.

We got stuck on reoccurring charges and have no idea why. I called them to cancel but its a phone tree. I contacted my bank's fraud department who got a live human to confirm cancellation and refunds -- after reading all the complaints I'm concerned, but we'll see if it works...
