Privacymatters - Will not issue a error letter.
pmidentity took money out of my account without my authorization, they finally refunded the fees.i contacted the bank and was told that if pmidentity would fax them a letter of error.
they would be more than happy to refund the $75 that was charged to my account.i attempted to give them the fax number .they refused to take it.
i am on a fixed income and the money that was taken was for my medicine.the csr are rude.one hung up the other offered no assistant, he pretended that his co-worker was his supervisor,BAD BUSINESS.
